It tells me the file is to big

 

I had a problem too initially. You need to put the pictire in a program like Adobe photosuite etc. and make it smaller and reduce the pixels to 640X480, something like that. Try a new program. They definately come too bog off of the CD @ your film joint. They are trying to get the best resolution possible which intern creates too much information for this forum to post on. GOOD LUCK!
