You damn Yankees wouldn't know horse sh*t from lumpy gravey. The San Jacinto battlefield is the second most revered place in Texas. This is where the President of Mexico was personally defeated and was forced to give Texas its independence in 1836. It was a bloody revenge for the Alamo.
Guys, there are horses in every state of the union, that's not unique. Almost every state has a rodeo, that's not unique. There are oil rigs in almost half the states, that's not unique. Every third dipsh*t in the country spits dip, that's not unique. But the site of the defeat of Mexico and the dawn of the Lone Star state's independence? Now that's uniue....
......and I have pics of my car taken there too, a very photogenic location....except for the cracking towers.

but yea, its def a great spot, i just wish i could of went over to the battleship... or further away so i could get the whole tower in a shot..
