Is your XM antenna just above the windshield on the outside (note - if that's some piece of obvious equipment on all Z's bear with me, mine doesn't get here until Friday). If so, might that work on the roadster as well?

Thats is my XM Antenna. As far as the Roadster I honestly couldn't tell you. If it does the install was a breeze. Just run the wire underneath the weather striping. I'll try to post some more pic if you need them.

Default roadster and antenna

I'll take a better look when I get the car to see what that border above the windshield looks like. I also need to find out other XM stuff as I won't be using a receiver like yours. I'm either going OEM or, if it can be done, an Alpine HU. Still, I really like that antenna placement no matter what I use for a receiver.
