The instructions were in japanese, but someone "translated" the instructions (roughly) and said the torque specs were 78 ft. lbs.
I torqued them to a little over 80 to be safe. (Plus my manual tq. wrench is only accurate +/- 4%) A few pounds more wouldn't hurt and wheels are torqued to 90ish, so... I think it's fine. I'm going to check them after 100 mile and see if any loosening occurred.

Could be... Either way I'm happy they did it.
As far as an update on the car; Hotchkis suspension went on last night and it is PERFECT. Ride is very comparable to stock (as expected with the very similar spring rates) and the look is incredible. I expected a .6" front and .8" rear drop the be hardly noticable, but it was blatantly obvious to me when I picked it up from the shop.
Now, I just need an alignment. Car tracks straight and the shop verified that castor and toe were OK (within specs) however they couldnt align the camber b/c the veilside lip made the front end sit too low for their lasers. I'm going to Stanley Springs or Nissan to see if they can align it.
Pics forthcoming.
