I found some more information on these. They are indeed twin turbocharged vq motors. They currently are being supplied by nismo i believe to the JGTC R34GTR teams as the new engine in the skyline race cars, to replace the rb series motor. This engine swap explains why the skylines have not been placing in jgtc races lately; they are all trying to figure out the new engine and adjust the driving style accordingly.
