Order you should go:

1. Tint - needs to be done ASAP. It's one of those small things that REALLY makes a difference, and will really enhance the "glass roof" look.

2. Exhaust - important in order to fill in the ings rear, but not as important as tint. If you think about it, as low as you are and as slow as you're going to be driving, ain't nobody gonna be seeing the backside of your car anyways! But of course, you still need to get an exhaust. Just take your time chosing the right one!

3. BBK - your car is basically all bling so a BBK would be a nice addition, but this is the most expensive of the 3, so do it last. And actually, you don't REALLY need it and your car can really be without it, especially since the Winnings do a good job not leaving your car begging for a BBK like some wheels do (i.e., SF-Challenge).

Can't wait to see more updates!!!

Yeah, I remember your PS, actually. I've know I've seen it elsewhere. I've been planning on doing it myself all along, but got raped by a body shop so it never happened.

Anyway, claiming to be the "first" at anything on this car is a very tall order to fill...

Yes, but Craig (I hope I'm remembering the name correctly), I've followed nearly every post Ings related, not to mention show coverage.

Many g owners have done this, but I guarantee you I am the first to do the molded rear ings bumper on a 350z. People have molded the rear wing before (ings) but not the rear valence.

I am never one to make outlandish claims, and speak/type carefully before I post.

Thanks for your comments, I'm a huge fan of your car =) I hope I did not sound hostile in my post--not my intentions at all.

Regards and good night,
ravi

Thanks, and likewise. Sorry if I seemed negative in my original post. Its late and I was at the time.

I'm glad to see that your car has come together well for you. It's definitely cleaner than my own!

The only recommendation I could make to improve would be some dark tint on the windows, and some blacked out overlays on the tails. I think it would tie everything together nicely. Oh.. and *cough* turbo...

Keep up the good work.

Your car is tight.

The ONLY things I can think of to do is a CF vented hood painted DB but for the vents and removed the rear wiper.

Don't listen to me your car is sick

Hey Ravi,

Here's a few shots during our shoot this weekend. Just wished I had more time to take more pics but I hope you like what you see so far. I'll post more tomorrow when I get home from work. I took some allergy medecine & it's making me drowsy so I'm calling it a night. Enjoy!

Ravi!!!!!

Your car is looking sick man. That kit is my favorite. Makes me want to buy one and slap it on this week....lol. I'd go with 1. Tint and 2. Exhaust. Both don't cost much, but definatly changes the look of the car. Esp Ti exhausts. I like that subdued 350Z and the layout of your trunk. What do you do to keep your rear view mirror up? That thing must bump hard! I've gotta find a way to get upto NorCal.

James,

Nice pictures. I like #3. You could try to copy Ravi's car onto another layer and adjust for color, adjust the building to be more black/white and not so much grey, then merge the layers. A little tight on the crops, but nice angles and sharp pics.

BTW, stu, in one bass swing (regular songs) the rearview mirror can go from the highest point to the lowest level.

That's not even test tones!!!! Ask james, he heard the system (kinda) and that was at -8 on the HU, gains are maybe half way on the amplifier. Definitely BANGS, and maintains AWESOME SQ.

Note in the stereo pic james posted, those little white cicles on the left hand side? Those are a line of blue leds. Very nice effect at night looks super trick.

Looks really sick man ... nice job. I love the subtle look yet it's still pimp as hell. You can't really do anything major but I think tint and removing the wiper could make it look super clean...also taking off the front license plate which might not be an option because the law. Some kind of vented hood or something could really finish off the exterior ... other than that it looks sweet and that roof is f'ing pimp. Any interior mods other than the system...seats, HU's, shift *****, etc?? If so ... pics please.
