Default My Z and MR2

Recently bought a 1996 JDM MR2 GT Turbo. I haven't had time do much lately so today I pulled it out of storage and detailed it since the car hasn't been cleaned since prior to leaving Japan. When I have the time and money I'll be sending it out to get a refinish as well as OEM front fenders. The Border fenders are nice but I prefer stock body.

Snapped a few shots of it together with my Z after a cleaning the SW.

Cars look good, but whats the deal with your Sportmax center caps? I bought the same wheels and all my caps are black (and its a much cleaner look IMO).

Love the RHD on the MR2...

Oh yeah, and some 15mm H&R spacers would make the Sportmax even more hotness... I know from experience. Killer stance spaced...

Does your mister 2 have a 3rd gen motor with the ceramic turbo? If it does, ooooooh.

the center caps changed color after a few weeks. probably from the heat of the brakes.

wow, that is weird! They were all silver to begin with? As stated, mine are painted black, so I don't know how they'd change, but who knows...

I like your wing, I tried to get one of those when I had mine, they're hard to get over here. I've had 3 mr2's and rate them among one of the best Jap. cars made.

I don't know about Z33, but I love my sportmax's. Only had them for 2 weeks, but they look AWESOME spaced and no inherent problems after 500+ miles of driving on PA roads... I know thats really nothing, but heck, if you bend one you can replace it for $200 shipped. Can't beat it IMO.

True, but when boost kicks in loss of traction in 3rd gear is marvelous.
