Default Whatcha think? (G-Pics)

Got my Rotora BBK on, Chromed Volk Lips finally back and the '06 projector lights. I think I am about done with the exterior now...

Just wanted to know what the "Z" owners thought of the progress of my "G"

Thanks!

Yeah those lights are just for the shows... We have a weekly show on Sat nights here that I frequent and she does stand out... I am also getting her ready for HIN in October... I never roll with them on, I kno the lights are on the border of rice but they actually look hot in person. I used LED's instead of neons... I could not do neons to my 'G'...

Lookin good.

Yeah, if you're doing HIN and expect to get any attention you need stuff like that. I had no lighting and the judge was kinda a douche. With no lighting, only the people that REALLY know anything about Z's/G's will bother looking.

Yeah, I kinda figured that... I got the Vortech and the SSV lit up with LED's hidden on the underside of my hood as well when I lift it. I am buying tiles to put her on and a chrome jack so I can take one of the front wheels off to display the BBK better and lining strip LED's facing up on the tiles to show the undercarrage as well... Not sure what else to do tho

That's such a shame with all that work you put into her! Are you keeping her in stock form? or are you going to sell her?

Yeah... Well the Vortech is still Carb legal ya know!

I am going to push mine to the 7-800Rwhp mark after I build up the engine to the 4.15 liter and sleve the M'fr...

I want to build up the Vortech as much as I can and I think with the 4.15 build and sleved she should hold that OK... I just need to find a way to keep the belts from slipping at those numbers... Might try a cog set up that I have seen somewhere.

Better than anything I could muster... You'd be lucky to see a glow stick taped under my hood. If I bother doing one of these shows next year I was thinking of putting something small up under there with double sided tape or something, just so people can see my engine bay. This year I could barely see my hand in front of my face let alone the bay.

Are those lights on your hood battery powered? I know that place charges like $180 for power. There's no way in hell I'm paying that for a show I have no chance of winning.

Wow 180? Lol.... Yeah they are battery powered. I have them wired to my Optima battery and they take very little juice to light up... I will operate the tile lights with a 9 volt or find a sneaky way to get them to a battery... Hell I might just buy another Optima and sit it in the trunk and have that power a whole lotta junk... I might have to make a spectical to get noticed .... Hmmmm Lol a frickn Disco ball!

There is just so much potential with that Vortech... I was looking at that 1200 Hp blower they have just dreaming... and I was also thinking about moving the fluids on the front passanger side of the engine bay and putting a second blower in there... I would think 2 "T" trim blowers could do some damage and might not need the cog set up. if I could put some counter pullies on the top side of the belt pushing down for tension...
