Default Teaser - WilWood Custom BBK

Well here are two teaser pics of the custom job I am having done on my WilWood BBK. Having them painted in Nissan Ultra Yellow with Gloss Black lettering! Should go great with the car and the Gloss Black PIAA super Rozza's I have, I can't wait to put them on!

Hopefully by the end of next week I will have them on. Want to wait at least a few days for the paint to fully dry before I slap them on. I don't want to take any chances.

Looks like 6 front, 4 rear? How did you come about using these? Are you making custom brackets for them? What research did you do concerning them?

No these are actualy 4 and 4. Superlite calipers in the front and Dynalite calipers in the rear.
I got the Kit from Brian over at FastBrakes.com, great guy, great company! If you are looking for a good deal on a great product AND a guy who will really take good care of you. Brain is your man! Their kit is already set up for our cars with the braket and everything. They also sell a 6 pot F/ 4Pot R. I liked the Willwood because A) they are the least exspensive of all the kits 2) after researching the kits, these were the easiest to custom paint the way I wanted.

+1 Brian @ Fast Brakes also sold me my 6pot/4pot Wilwood BBK. Everything went on smooth.

Awesome....I'm thinking about getting white calipers, but worried that anything other than red/black will show grime easily.

I want to paint my stoptechs the lemans sunset orange, but was wondering how the paint would hold up. Your saying your brakes are the color of the nissan yellow??? how did you do that?? How will it hold up with the heat?? Did you do it yourself, or did you take it to a body shop???

I had a friend do them. We had to use High temp Acrylic paint (same stuff you would use to paint the engine parts/bay) thats the only way we could match the Ultra Yellow. The process was simple, take the caliperss apart. Sand them down so they are clean and smooth. Paint away! i chose the WilWood because of the raised lettering. It made it so much easier to get the look I wanted. And besides for a full BBK @ $3200 from FastBrakes (Thanx Brian!!) I couldn't pass that up!!!
