Holy mother of god i was driving on the freeway and this idiot was hauling *** and rear eneded me!!1 man am i pissed. does anyone have any experience or had this sorta thing happen.

There's some guy on here about to go to jail....I'm sure he's going to have some stories about getting rear ended!!

 

you need a car wash man. but dont even worry about it. just call up the insurance and let them take care of it

thats the thing every friday i detail it after work.. and today is friday.. everything is set for the insurance but if i dont like whats going on my bosss is an attorney

I have been rear ended three (3) times... Here is some advice... File the claim with the other parties insurance... DO NOT call your insurance... Next... Get yourself (and if you had a passenger) checked out - You feeling OK right now is cool and all but the same as the car there might be something wrong and you will never know... If you want... You can lawyer up... I would suggest you do (if you are OK with loosing 30% of your settlement)...

yea i already called the other insurance.. and my boss is a lawyer so he is only going to take 15%... but yea man ill let u know how it goes

i got rear ended in the same spot on the car. Its going to cost, at lest 5k
There is going to be damage in the inside trunk area. They should be able to pop the rear quater panel back in.

Friend of mine got rear ended in his suby wrx and used the money to build his motor. haha.

Exactly. Got rear ended in another car of mine and the Ins company settled for $5000 in pain and suffering. I was not really hurt, but told them I wanted to see a chiropractor. They paid for 2 months worth of visits and massages for my back. No scam at all, as I have had chronic back pain and you never know with your back how bad pain will be in the future. No lawyer involved either.

interesting.. i told them i wanted to go get my back checked out. and they were ok with it.. so monoday of next week some guy is suppost to come to my house to check me out.. hes from the insurance ..but im going to scream like a little girl if he touches me..lol i am going to go see a real chiro.. hopefully i can get 5G's like u
