Holy mother of god i was driving on the freeway and this idiot was hauling *** and rear eneded me!!1 man am i pissed. does anyone have any experience or had this sorta thing happen.

I have been rear ended three (3) times... Here is some advice... File the claim with the other parties insurance... DO NOT call your insurance... Next... Get yourself (and if you had a passenger) checked out - You feeling OK right now is cool and all but the same as the car there might be something wrong and you will never know... If you want... You can lawyer up... I would suggest you do (if you are OK with loosing 30% of your settlement)...

yea i already called the other insurance.. and my boss is a lawyer so he is only going to take 15%... but yea man ill let u know how it goes

Sorry to see that.
i got rear ended in the same spot on the car. Its going to cost, at lest 5k
There is going to be damage in the inside trunk area. They should be able to pop the rear quater panel back in.

They paid for 2 months worth of visits and massages for my back. No scam at all, as I have had chronic back pain and you never know with your back how bad pain will be in the future. No lawyer involved either.
