What is the thing on top of the motor? It doesnt look like any intake manifold Ive seen. And what are those 4 pipes stickining out on the front right side. And those 2 tube things near the crank ?

That is the intake manifold on top of the engine, it uses a ITB(individual throttle body) setup, the ITB's are covered by that unit. The race series requires them to use air restrictors... all the air that engine can ingest has to squeeze through two orifices just over an inch in diameter... and still over 500hp

Here are the SPECS for the Corvette program.
Colum 1 is a base Vette
Colum 2 is a Base Z06
Colum 3 is the American Lemans C6R specs...

590HP / 640TQ
