Yep. I couldn't believe it either. We worked out the price, then when I was ready to pay... no response! ha! But I think this is typical anytime you deal with an actual company. I remember all the negative press iforged went through a few years ago due to lack of communication and horrible delays. I luckily dealt with a great retailer who got my wheels to me in 6 weeks (dispite sema going on). One issue, one center cap was cracked.... my guy is shipping me out a whole new set of caps.
