Default I want to say a few words..

about the guys at Smart Sounds.

The guy who installed the alarm is an auto electrician, not some kid pulling wires left and right. He admited to me right away that he had NOT done a Z yet, but went home that night and studied the wiring to do it right.

Since they had the doors apart, they went ahead and installed my MB Quart for me.

The tint (diff guy at the shop) was done very well. Removed the brake light cover, etc. No problems with it coming off or anything.

But the best part yet : when I went to get the car the alarm guy apologized about the minor nick on the door paint. He couldn't understand how it could have happened. I was glad to tell him it wasn't him and it was there already.

It makes you feel good to work with honest people who take care of your car. I was not sorry to pay them for the fine work.

The shop is in the corner of 137Ave and 160Street SW, in Miami.
Or visit Smart Sounds

Thumbs up

Looks great! And it sounds like that shop was a real class act. That's hard to come by nowadays!

Nice pics but do your neighbors a favor and cut your grass dude!
Just kidding. Question: Doesn't the Viper790 come with remote start? Yours is a 6MT. Also where did they install the flashing LED?

The grass guy is coming today. It is 1/2 acre (front and back) so I pay to have it done...

Remote start : NOT installed. Why? 6MT, didn't want to leave it in neutral, I don't and would not use the feature. And, plus, the installation would have been quite more expensive. I also find it insecure, since you have to use your valet key or a second key to "fool" the ignition, which to me defeats a security feature of the car for a conveniance I would never use.

LED: Is in the front left, at the base of the plastic piece that comes down next to the windshield. It blinks faster than the stock, which is still there as well.
