Default Pics of non-factory colors on a Z

I love axis007's yellow Z. I think this car could pull off a lot of colors that most couldn't. It's got great lines to accent certain colors.

Has anyone else painted their Z a differant color? If so, let's see some pics!

Yikes! That thing looks like a martian. What a waste of a perfectly good Z! And more importantly a waste of alot of money.

I think the green one in a 300ZX. Not sure if you were just looking for 350s

Dunno...the pic is titled "350"...not like it's my car or anything, but looks like an abused 350 to me.

That's a Z32 with Celica headlights. You can see they didn't modify the rear hatch except to add a slightly larger spoiler.

Haha, you are the one who needs to lighten up buddy. Go re-read the thread, they were just discussing whether it was a 350. On edge a bit are we?

First of all, I'm not a buddy, thanks.

And second, YOU read the thread. Said post pictures of 350Z's in non-manufacturer colors.

I saw this picture on the internet. It says it's a 350Z. And it's ugly. Which is funny.

But inside of people just saying "eeewww! that's awful!" they've got to pick it apart and show that I'm so stupid to not notice that this isn't a 350Z.

I personally have a hard time believing anyone can truly decipher what this car is being that is has been a) painted such a hideous color, b) been obviously modded from it's orginal state and c) a photograph from such a odd angle with both the hood and hatchback open.

So whatever - forgive me for trying to participate.

STOP IT, JUST STOP IT ALL OF YOU!!! I hate to see family fighting.............Can't we all just get along?

I did have the 350Z in mind when I started the thread but, it's an interesting car/color regardless of what it is/was.

Now, we can all kiss and make nice with one another and get back on track here......Anybody have a pick of a 350Z with a non-factory color?

If you want to see any other colors, let me know.

Okay, I don't see where anyone is calling you an idiot or stupid. Relax a little, huh?

a) yes, hideous color. but that's an opinion, right?

b) very seriously modded. suicide doors. different headlights, body kit, etc...

c) yes, the angle is odd. i guess.

I don't think it really matters since the original question was non factory colors on a Z. ANd it's a Z. And it has non factory colors.

How to identify a Z32:

First, look at the engine. Very obviously the VG30DE found in the Z32 (at least, to anyone who has looked under the hood of a Z32 it would be).
Next, look at the roof. Hmm... T-tops. Only car I can think of with t-tops in that shape are the Z32s.
Finally, hatch. Similar to the Z33, but not quite. If the hatch weren't open, I think it would have been much harder to determine the style.

Point is, with the hood and hatch open, there should have been no doubts that it was NOT a Z33. Doesn't matter what kind of car it was at that point.

I'm probably going to get edited or banned for this, but....

Have you even opened the hood of your car and looked at the engine on YOUR car? If you want to get pissed off about something, fine. Now you have a reason.

grayfox, you have to realize this is what car guys do, it wasn't directed at you. Trying to figure out what a car is, and what the parts that were frankensteined into it are from are what we do!

That pink photshop is scary! eek!
