Blacked out 350Z
Thanks, I like the Axis wheels better too. Both serve their purpose I guess. And yes, my taillights are tinted. I had overlays, then I had them painted by a member on another forum, then I had them painted by my body shop. The overlays were the darkest, so I'm going to try to repaint them myself and make them black.
Thanks for all the compliments

Well, the RT-615's are extremely sticky. Just driving down the road they were slinging rocks up into my fender wells, so you can tell they are stickier than the Toyo T1R's on my 19's. I only drove them to take the pics and the next time they'll be on the car is for autocross, so I won't get a good impression of them until then. I did notice that my speedometer is off by 5-10mph on the interstate though because of the tire sizes.
Well, I'm not possitive it did but I'm pretty sure that everyone else on the interstate wasn't cruising at 90-95. Not sure how much it's off by though. Tire sizes are 255/40/17 and 275/40/17 on 9" wide wheels; the tire guy said they were a PITA to put on.
The suspension is currently Eibach Pro kit with Hotchkis sways, but I have new Tokico linear springs (hopefully more predictable than Eibachs for autocross) and Tokico adjustable shocks are sitting in my living room...hope to get them on this week.

did you need a camber kit with the eibachs?

Not to get it to -1 degree of camber all the way around. My rear tires wear just a little faster on the inside, so I'm going to get rear camber arms. I've been rolling for over a year on the Eibachs though without excessive wear. I wanted a little negative camber to help in the turns, but I'll be needing an alignment again after putting on the new springs.

I would get the springs, wait a week after they're installed for them to settle, then take it to get it aligned. If they can get it around -1 degree, then no reason to spend the extra money. I'm getting a rear camber kit because I want to make sure I have the whole contact patch of the tire touching the ground, not because of tire wear.
BTW, I love my Eibachs and I definitely recommend them. The only reason I'm switching is because I'm changing shocks and wanted to try linear springs.
