Updated with a nice photoshoot. Enjoy guys!
Btw I also picked up a nice JIC Front Strut bar and a Power Enterprise Carbon Fiber Front lip yesterday. The CF Front lip will stay on until my nismo kit arrives and gets painted =)

LoL...It didn't take that long, only ten days after I got her from the dealership. Here are some new shoes. After debating between getting rims and kit I decided wtf - why not get both. I had a hard time finding the rims I like (19s) and the weight I want (20s lbs). Volks has an awesome 19s line but the prices wereway too high and then I found out the 19s from the G35 has the perfect size/weight and look that I want.
Last night I picked up a set of G35 Rays 19s brand new from a guy who immediately switched his rims after 100 miles driving out from the lot. These are practically brand new
I also ordered a Nismo kit/Nismo spoiler from our sponsor Drew (x350x) at an incredible prices. He was nice and fast in communication and now jsut waiting to get the kit here so I can paint them and get ready for the Northwestnissans.com meet in March
More pics tomorrow when I wash/clean the car. Sorry for the sloppy camera phone pics.
Before with stock 17s

The goodies! The stock Nissan centercap fits perfectly into the Rays

The Rays 19s design flows well with the Z's body style.

Also I just uploaded those pics again, they seem to be working for me. So weird.

Weight wise these are ridiculously light (something like 18-19lbs) and with brand new wheels/tires combo and perfect design I couldn't pass them up.

Take pics of the driveway.. interested to see what you're up against. I believe the kit reduces clearance by about 1". I went with Tein S.Tech springs and the drop was less than an inch and the ride is perfect.

I don't blame you on not parking outside. Check with Drew on the clearance, he should have a good idea since he had it on his car for a while. I remember reading somewhere it was about 1" but check with him to be sure.

Right now my main concern is taking the Z the N/A route as I do commute a lot throughout the day between the Univ. and my work and home. My initial plan is to go full out Nismo mods on the engine (can't go wrong with that) but that plan might change as I search search and more search on mods.
Bottomline is that I got many years ahead with this car and rather then jumping onto the bandwagon (e.g. ebay intake) I would rather take my time and do it right (hence the extensive reading and researching)

If you want to stay N/A and Nismo. The only thing I would not get Nismo is the CAI. The major downside to Nismo components is the $$$$.
-JWT popcharger
-Motordyne Iso-plenum spacer (Nismo doesn't currently offer anything for this)
-Nismo cams
-Nismo headers
-Nismo cat-back
-Nismo Suspension(0.75in. drop)
-3.9fd
-KJR light weight pulley(doesn't underdrive and no Nismo doesn't offer this)
-Stillen sways(don't think Nismos are adjustable)
-Utech and tune (these mods will need a tune)
