Default Powder Coated Plenum and Timing Cover PIX

I have an ongoing thread in the FI section of my build process, but I though I'd share these pix in the picture share forum for anyone looking for pix of the timing cover and plenum powdercoated.

I like black better. Less to keep up with. I wouldnt want to re-polish them over and over to stay looking good. Powdercoating is strong as hell too.

I'm not sure yet...my car is silver, so if I did it to match the car, it would be meh...I was actually thinking blue to match either the Greddy or the Samco blue...

my exterior is going to be a silver/black combo so that's why I did the cover in black, but still deciding on the cam covers.

If you have blue hoses and matched it blue would look nice. If you dont have the hoses yet, I think a nice red to match some red hoses would look better on sliver.

that's actually a pretty good idea, but the Greddy hose clamps for the TT are blue...not sure how it would look with red Samco hoses and the blue clamps from Greddy...

it's a pain in the *** to match everything in the engine bay...i already ordered my cf battery covers and UTR ti radiator cover/air diversion cover...whatever you wanna call it.

i'm still debating on whether or not I want to put on a cf engine cover cut to fit...if i did, you wouldn't be able to see the cam covers

If i ever did that i would get them done in top secret gold...if they will sell me the paint that is.

(Top Secret Gold is sold on an approval basis, you have to tell them what you are doing with it before they will sell it to you, then you have to be able to afford it...not that i couldn't just "bend the truth"...but yeah.)

Very nice. I like the stealthier look although the black will get dirty quicker.

My black looks brand new, because I detail under my hood. Ive even waxed my plenum lol...its not bad for me, I always keep my engine bays fresh.
