did you consider spot welding all the holes you won't be using anymore? give the inside a smooth, clean look.
Naw, too late for that. Focused more on the cage and didn't want to go that much in to detail when my pockets were running empty already. Maybe when I add on to the cage later and start seam welding the car more as the chassis ages.
Thanks guys...I will make a seperate thread with shots of different angles one day, but here are a few more showing how well they made the rear visibility etc.
gorgeous. i know what it's like going thru that (watching your interior cut to pieces) - the best part is finding those little copper welding rods months later EVERYWHERE no matter how much you cleaned
Thanks guys, but the credit should be given to my cage builder as they put in a lot of hard work and planning in to this project. I could have not been able to have all of this without them. For those that attended the Stillen meet and had the luxury to see it in person i'm glad you did so you could see the tightness of the cage and how well this thing was built.
