Finally Rick gets a cage. If done right, you can actually drop a lot of weight. Thats what we are doing with my car. We are cutting out the factory rear strut brace and the entire area where the speakers and glove boxes go and reinforcing it with the cage. Take out 40 lbs of sheetmetal and replace it with 4 lbs of bar
. Should come out at least the same as it went in.
