Sure you can afford it. Just get a place like John Bronze and do an interest only loan.

What are some of the price ranges in the house's you live? if you dont mind me asking cause Im thinking about buyin a house here In md then selling it and move some where cheaper. 3-4 bedroom town house with 1-2 car g. cost around 500k where I live and I know in mid west or down south you can get a big *** house for 500k
