well my house is 2100 sq ft 4 bedrooms, 2 bath, deck, Fireplace, 2 car garage built in 2003 in Minnesota. Its about 225-230K for that. The price around here all depends on where you live in the Mpls/St Paul area. 500K might get you a big house or a 1500 sq ft condo. It all depends on where you want to live here.

My house is about 40 minutes outside of mpls. The same house that is just 20 minutes closer would cost 300-350K

Good Eye. My Pops bought that thing back in 86 and refuses to sell it. He just had it repainted and tuned and it still runs like the day he bought it.

My very first home. As you can tell its not finished yet. Not as super luxurious as others but i'm very proud of it. Its not to bad for a single 22 yr old.

I am in love with 944s - always have been. I had an '83 back in the day - something small was always going wrong with it, but what a great car - not very powerful, but fun to drive and nicely balanced handling. Plus, I think it is still one of the best looking front engine/RWD platforms. Cool.
