Thanks. Yeah, I don't really care about the lawn anyway. I'm the guy in the neigborhood that would rather spend time setting up a home entertainment center or fixing his car rather than working on the yard.

If I didn't have to buy/build the motor on this car right now I would have the place fixed up pretty nicely. I'd like to get one of those urethane fences for the back yard cause I want a dog...

 

Oh and @ people posting pics of their parents' houses in this thread. That's just poseurish.

See...now I'm gonna have to take back my compliment. I posted a pic of my Pops house 'cause it had a pic of the Z in it. Only poserish if I tried to front like it was mine.

I hate CALIFORNIA! Im so jealous I just bought my first home in ghetto *** Pomona of coure Im not going to live in it. I picked it up for 100k! even though its a dump I'm going to fix it up and sell it for triple that. Its a duplex with the large home only having 860sqft and the small one 540sqft.

It is I met this ol man that wanted 100k for his house so I checked the value and it came in at 465k so I jumped on it. This man is 89 and has no family so he doesnt want to give the house to the state when he passes. You cant even buy land for this little in SoCal.

Build brand new in 05', the family paid one payment on it, and missed the next three... bank forclosed on it in 05'.
The house sat since late summer 05', been empty since, Bank finally took my offer... $80K under market!!! Yeah... $80K equity already in it, and.... a private lake on the back.

Prayer works, God is good.
