Hey Vestax...nice home you got there buddy...any chance that it is a JMC home? I'm just guessing because i saw a similar model house just like it.

Thanks sokudo but it's actually a Pardee Home. They may work with the same designers/ contractors as JMC since it's California, not sure though.
