Looks like a fairly good size lot too...over in Cali that thing would easily be 800-1200 in the bay area.

Here is a pic of my "house".

It’s bigger than it looks though. I'm thinkin of adding a two car garage and a ball court on the side. I may even drop a pool in the backyard. I have about 4 more years on the Windstar so I'm plannin ahead.

Nice man. That looks a lot like the Baton Rouge, Bluebonette area. They have a new neighborhood there that has the same lake and all.

wow, the sucky part is i bet half of these houses can be had for like 2-300k out in some parts of the us, but here in massachusetts boston area youd pay a good million for some of them.
if i wasnt in love with the city id move and buy a house, but instead ill save up and wait till the z's paid off.

Just moved in about 3months ago. These pics where taken when I bought it, which explains the lack of furniture. Its not much but considering Im only 22 and single its a step up. I moved in during the end of winter so the grass was dead and brown and no trees have been planted. I had a friend of mine do some landscaping and it looks a hell of a lot better. Im also in the process of building a deck in the back when I have free time but its turned out to be a lot harder then I expected. Thank goodness for friends and family.
