because its removable. i can have it in my car, my room, anywhere I want if I have it on the additional unit. this way when I pay for the subscription I'm not only paying to use it in my car, i can use it where ever I want

I literally went into Best buy today looking at setups like this just because you inspired me to throw some money around!

They quoted me about $1500 for everything including install, for this:

The new version of the screen you have installed in your pics (released today)
*Nav
*DVD video, wma, mp3 etc etc-----$1000.00+tax

*Ipod cable installed (not just the aux line) $50, plus $50 to install
*Sirius module installed $100+ $70 to install

thinking about doing it, everytime I come back here and see your pics, I get closer to busting out the credit card! hahah

yea that doesnt make any sense, i just checked for you and crutchfield says it fits?? maybe whoever u talked to thought u wanted it in the cubby hole?? haha idk but it should fit fine. and if u were getting it from best buy for $1,000 crutchfield has the same price but you get a free rear view camera. so keep that in mind
