Default Tamiya 1999 JGTC Nismo Pennzoil GT-R model.

Built this bad boy about 6 years ago in Phoenix. If you have time to burn, and no social life (hey, I was in school!), this is the perfect hobby. This honestly would probably win some modeling contests if it was entered in the "box stock" category.

Real deal:

1/24 plastic version:

Eric Comas (Yellow Hat Z33) & Satoshi Motoya piloted (now with Nismo/Xanavi)

yeah, it's Volk TE-37s

Metalizer paint for the chasis.

did you make a mistake on the brake calipers?
the calipers in the back look bigger than the ones in the front...

incredible job, especially on the detail. from someone that used to make models, you really don't appreciate the detail of one until you've had to put up with all of the small parts.

Yeah, the 'AP Racing' brakes are actually bigger in front. Glad someone can actually appreciate the time that went into it. Didn't even notice it had the AP Racing decal till now.
