Going to look good! im getting that next, are you going to install with turnbuckles? would look alot cleaner without.
I actually prefer the way it looks with the turnbuckles... plus it's a function thing. I know people run the splitter without them (and I don't blame them, there are 10 bolts and 8 screws holding the beast in place!) without any problems... but I don't want it shifting any on me. I plan on tracking the car, street, and shows. It may never be the best at any, but I want it to be competitive in all of them. Love Function and Form, so parts that fit the bill for both make me happy.

ya I hear ya mines not true dual either but when I put the 2-1 collector on the ypipe collector it looked exactly like a x pipe. so I actually converted the y pipe exit into a x pipe. I over its sound way more than my old topspeed. I didn't think it would have been That quiet. what custom do u have?
yes my set up WAS going to be just like topspeed. however i was going to put good looking tips not fart cans like topspeed. i was going to replicate topspeed pretty much what u have until i got the price of 1200. and thats just from the y pipe back. F that

ya, u gotta do the labor or it gets really expensive and i like my look alot better than topspeed just because it looks true dual. you could see topspeed branch off into two at the pumpkin.... not cool
Dual Carbon Megan mufflers with ypipe converted into xpipe. Pipes arnt polished or cleaned up yet but here it is.. sounds ALOT quieter than my topspeed 3in. and best part about it.... i made this set up (with my GF's help)
Wow after such a crappy day that did just made up for it lol. I like the sound. ESP the backfire pop after every gear change. Your making me contemplate my decision with my next exhaust. Thunk I might give up the motordyne and just bite the bullet on my custom. Though I'm going with 3" how do u like the megan racing exhaustcanisters?
