It's been around for a while. They're from a company called D’Vinci Forgiato. These are the Radurra model rims.

2000 dollars for a thick chunk of Lexan and a chrome rim? I could make them cheaper myself, lol... Disassemble a 3 piece rim, have the polycarbonate milled, drilled, and balanced, slap in a hub and voila.
