06 PPW Night shoot
This was my first time shooting at night time. Its kinda tricky but i'll get used to it.

The fitment isn't awful by anymeans. it's not perfect, but it's pretty good fitment i'd say. yeah, my front is beat up, there's a lot of bumps and dips around my area and sometimes, they're just unavoidable, lol.
yeah, I work at East West Mortgage, across from Exxon. We've since moved across the street to the area behind the Nissan and Honda Dealerships though so my car isn't visible from Rte 7 anymore, lol.

Your Nikon D40x should be taking better pictures than this.
What you need to do is turn the dial to Tv mode, and select something longer than 3 seconds. The shutter should stay open for that amount of time. And use a tripod!
Lastly, use the timer function so that you guarantee you don't shake the setup.
Just keep taking shots and you'll see definite improvement.
BTW, post processing is a must, that's why the photos look so dead.

you can prevent this by using the shutter timer feature but you still want to upgrade to a better tripod.
