What's so contradictory about it? JDM this...JDM that. It sounds so stupid. Why does it matter what "domestic market" it's from. A nice looking body panel or interior piece is a nice looking body panel or interior piece. We don't go calling things German Domestic Market. A manufacturer is a manufacturer, regardless of where they're from. If a company makes a good part, buy it. About the only things "JDM" have become synonomous with are rice-tastic dream machines with green and yellow paint jobs, tacky mismatched spoilers and fart cannons.

 

Well what your describing is not JDM buddy. There is rice and there is JDM. I do agree that some go overboard JDM But you make no sense. Take a look at your Ricetastic "muffler"

One of my best friends drives a 1997 m3. We both agreed with the civic. From teh rear windows, placement of the rear tails, fender flares. His looks just like a civic at night passing by.

edit..here is a pic of his car. Isnt' too far from sounding like a civic either.

I really wonder how some people here even have the mental capacity to operate basic functions of their body...in your case, I'd imagine breathing is a bit of a struggle. And for the record, I have called nothing in this thread rice.

 

i mean, i agree with porshefan to some extent. A lot of true JDM peices that people pay an assload for are rice to people who are not into the whole "JDM" thing. Like green and pink rims, jdm stickers, etc...they look horrible. But they are probably gold to JDM fans.
