I don't hate the doors. I don't mind scissor doors in proper 2-door sports coupes. I just hate them on 4-door saloons, Civic coupes, Honda coupes, and the horde of other FWD coupes out there.
The Z is pretty sleek to pull off the look. Just as long as you get a proper hinge kit, and none one of those irreversible, wobbly ones. I'll never forget a Z I test drove before I bought mine. 2005 35th Anniv., dropped, Borla TD, Test Pipes, and some other stuff.
It had a door kit on it, a cheap one with plastic hinges. They were so sh*tty that the the door/roof-line had a missing chunk of car! Someone had clearly smashed the door without aligning it to close, and it took a large piece of the arch right off. Hideous.
The entire door trim was also completely destroyed and torn. Hope your kit is something decent. :P

ya i hate it when people have those doors on a 4 door car and im like **** dudde it looks like crap. i went to a car meet last week and there was this civic, this cat had a conversion done on it that basically opened and closed with a remote and LED's and stuff on it. I asked him how much it cost him, said close to 3k installed. I just looked at it and was wondering why the hell he spent more than the cars value on just the doors.
but ya i just bought it obviously as you can tell with the tags, but it had the hinge kit on it already. the guy did a good job on picking the kit, its opens normal or upwards also. The right door was not aligned so i had to get that done but its so far been good. just some minor stuff on it.
but what else would you guys recomend for a roadster, like bodykit wise, wheels and stuff?

i wanna do a staggered setup on the car, not sure which wheels i want though. I want a hyper chrome wheel or gun metal, not black wheels, i hate black on black! no offense to anyone
