that looks super clean. Why didn't you just go with LE's though if you wanted this look?

I was trying to trade it for some LE, or something with a nice polish lip, but it seem like nobody was interested until I start stripping the paint off and came back to check my mail box and found 3 offer to trade. Just didn’t have the patient to wait for a couple of more days. But it all work out.

well 50 points for doing something different and taking a risk that paid off in the end.

Yes I also painted the spoke. And before painting I mask off the sticker, and then rip off the masking and clear coat the entire rim and over the sticker so It won’t peel off.

Everyone keeps saying spray paint. It looks like you made them LE's with aircraft stripper?

Looks good whatever you did.

the entire center was paited with spray paint, and the lip of the rim was strip using aircraft remover. just and FYI, it wasnt shinny just stripping the paint off the lip. it took me about 2-3 hour per wheels of sanding to get to look like that. i thought i took some pix when the lip was raw after the pain stripper.
Thanks for everybody great comment. I feel so much better making this decision.
