my buddy saw this guy ont he highway.. im pretty sure it's the same guy.. i tried finding his pictures but i can't seem to.. if i remember correctly he had UCF tags and he was from orlando area? SWEET PPW with a blitz spoiler and badass wheels dropped.. trying to see if it's the same guy.. someone post his pictures up if you know who im talking about!
