looks like an OE diff (open or Vlsd)...I upgraded from an OE Vlsd to a cusco RS and it's a night-n-day difference for autoX.

Why does everyone think you need a 1.5 or 2-way diff?
There are benefits to not having 2 wheels driving you, one of which is that you are less likely to spin.
A lot of Porches run open differentials.

I believe it is the cold air intake that does it. I might be wrong.
I will probably run Sm2 for the rest of the season just to retain class points. If I find out otherwise after this season, I might switch to BSP next year.
