I had to crop every picture to make them fit, and they still didn't fit.
Then my brother showed me how to convert to web format and presto everything fit. But they were already cropped.
I'll put the grille up later this evening.

How do you convert to web format? I lose a lot of res when I reduce my images & would like to post clearer pics.
I use a program called MGI PhotoSuite. I don't know if it came with my printer, camera, computer or what.
I open the picture in that program and click on Image at the top of screen, about 3/4's the way down is a choice for Convert to Web Format.....
I click it and it comes up with a choice for target window size, I click 600x480 and then click convert and it's done.
Here's the grille, before and after.

Geez, pretty simple on the web format. I think I've seen that program somewhere. And where did you get the grill? It's the same as Doc's & is exactly what I want for my brickyard.
For the Grille it's real easy.
Go to Pep Boys and go to the door edge section. Buy two boxes of STYLE GUARD Door Edge Molding. Two 46 inch strips per box, you'll need three, hence two boxes.
Each box is like 5 bucks.
Put the strips on the grille and trim the edge while putting them on, trim on an angle as it looks better.
I dabbed each few inches with some crazy glue as I had one falloff before I did that.
Cheap, easy and looks great. 10-12 bucks. Can't beat it.
Good luck.
