I have always wanted the Time attack theme and I know many people think its very played out... but anyway..

I took some red electrical tape and applied it to my lips to get a general idea of what a time attack theme would be like on my car.

I would get it professionally done.

Let me know what you think.

They are 18's. After my drop the wheels will look bigger, right now there is alot of gap so it makes the tires look big and the wheels small lol.

 

I would say "YES" , it looks better.

 

Stop trying to 'Time Attack' wheels that arent specifically VOLK Time Attack wheels. If you wanted them that bad save up and buy the real thing.

 

I was only asking if they looked better... not how do you feel about people who paint red lips on their black wheels.

 

I think it looks cheesy and tacky. Nothing against you or anyone who has done it, just my opinion. Its like someone buying a 318 BMW and putting M3 badges on it.

Well I dont know about that.. I will get them done professionally at a shop if I decide to. They will probably sand down the lips then paint them. I don't think its undoable lol.

If you look at it that way then yes. However it will be very hard to match because its hyper black. I don't think any shop will actually be able to match it. This is the reason that I used the red electric tape to get an idea. The tape did wonders because you can't even tell its tape unless you are within 1 foot.

I think it would look different, but im kinda up in the air on this one. both look great.
