Default Did some painting under the hood

So I was bored with my plain engine bay.

I did some painting of little minor parts (including the plenum) that would look good without being too much or "ricer"-level.

Comments/Suggestions/Opinions are more than welcome!

Lemme know what you all think.

Question: Should I paint the engine cover silver?

Thanks guys!

I'm still debating whether to paint the engine cover silver metallic or not.

Do it. And why do you have a nismo sticker on a cusco bar?

Yes it's a stock strut bar.

How and what did you use for prep? What did you use to pain? Gun or spray can ? What paint? Thanks

I like the black plenum, but I don't like the strut. Would have just spent the measly $150 bucks and got a true Cusco, with a sticker that isn't 10x too big.

I wasn't even aware that by doing this I'd be ripping off Cusco's look

For prepping, I just sanded it with 400-grit and wiped down the pieces with Wax & Grease Remover.

The Nismo sticker came with my wheels, so I just thought I'd stick it on there.

What did you have to do/remove to paint the plenum?

Did you have to remove it completely?

Looks very nice. What did you use to paint your pop charger heat shield? I was thinking about doing that myself. As far as the engine cover, I'd leave it black to match the plenum
