Inspired by your photos I grabbed my cameras and set out this weekend for some picture taking. I ended up at Mohegan sun lost some money and never took the camera's out of the bag
I have such a crush on this car, kno please keep up the beautiful work. I love checking back into this thread for all the awesome updates. It's just perfect
I can't remember if I asked this question before, but do you know what wing is on the grey Z on the last page?
Thank you, modding will never end, there is always something to mod lol
Yes mic is right it's a nismo V2. Did nismo ever make a legit wing? I think the real one is all fiber glass with no cf.

Car is looking good, Kno! :thumb up:
Yes, Nismo offers the V2 spoiler with either the FRP or optional carbon flap. This is what happens when replicas and fake parts flood the market - people forget the original designs.

^^^ This.
The V2 wing was introduced as part of the complete aero package on the Japan (and other international markets - but NOT USDM - I believe) market Fairlady Z Nismo S-Tune GT (which, itself was spawned from the homologation special Type E and not to be confused with the never produced Fairlady GT-S).
You can see that the equally copied V2 front bumper, skirts (as well as the S-Tune exhaust and LMGT-4 wheels - all available as Nismo accessories for USDM cars) also came from these cars.
Would love to have any of these JDM cars here......
Yes i think nissan did a pretty good job, I was a fan from the moment I had laid eyes on the nismo in 2007, I wish I would of done my hw before I went to sign papers though. Instead of beating around the bush with all this after market aero I spent moneys on I would of put that into turbo or higher quality parts.
Oh for sure you'll see me around in SFZCC. I gotta remember my damn pw though lol. I think a pool party is long past due .

Interesting, have you noticed the rear bumper of the Nismo V2 in your pic looks alot like the rear of the v3? It's lie the bumper evolved into a more aggressive squared diffuser. Pretty cool I never noticed that. I'm sure glad they dripped those side scoops, they are grotesque.

I dusted my injen intakes from storage and wrapped them in that thermal gold tape, looks pretty dope. I love it
While I was working on my intakes I tweaked my suspension to a tighter setting up front and installed this bad boy.
Boy this Fairlady feels like it's on rails now.
Earlier this week I gave her a nice detail, topped off fluids, checked all her tire pressure, and she's ready for a nice night out in town.
Thank you fellas much appreciated. I love oem parts perfect fit and durable
I almost scored a used OEM V3 Spoiler, but the guy wanted $1400 lol. There's been a guy on eBay trying to sell his OEM red one for $1000 for a few months now, and even that's not gonna go anytime soon lol.
I wish I could find the entire OEM V3 kit for the correct price, but I guess it's getting pretty rare nowadays. I'm so jealous of your Z kno
