I still remember seeing him for the very first time in an older S13 (180/240sx) at Irwindale.
The "kid" had some serious *****....I mean he just threw his car inches away from the wall. Everyone attempts the same thing in pro-drifting but he took the most suicidal line possible to just scrape the barrier and go for broke.
He got disqualified for touching a lead car in tandem but he always stuck out in my mind as a crazy motherfukka that would eventually take it to the next level.
Glad that came true.

When I first saw him drift it was back in 2003-2004?
which puts him around 28 or 29? He looked like a teenager though. I guess he's done alot of stunt driving and rally racing ever since.
