Nice car, my friend. take care of it, more importantly be safe.
Don't let the negative comments affect you, different life circumstances cause different reactions. Both my sons were given new cars on their 17th birthdays. One a G and one Z. They are 18/20 now and neither one have had ONE ticket or accident. I hope you are focused and understand this is just a hobby, not your future.
Its good to have and understand passions, but keep your eye on the ball!

Do you still have the Nismo CF shift ****? how is it the top metal part holding up? Mine is all scratched up... Also, does it make cranky sounds when you shift?

What 17 year old can afford a Z and all these mods? Shouldnt you be in school or something? Car looked a little iffy in those first few pics but looks nice with the current setup.

edit.... he didnt afford it, his parents and sister did. still, how does a 17 year old afford all these mods?

LOL at the haters...its been 6 months since this thread started...take your b*tchin' some where else...maybe the "This pertains to 17s with a Z" thread in the 350z section.
350s are going for under $10k now...a high schooler could easily afford one if he started working at 15 and saved his money.

Maybe he either works a lot or his parents contribute...I worked 3 different jobs in high school and if I can anybody can.

right on, i commented long time ago that Z's are cheap cars, and i got bashed for it. i understand it though, since some members on here bought their's long time ago when it was brand new or something like that, i guess i would be offended too if somebody says my brand new Z that i paid 20k+ or more is cheap.

but ehh i bought mine for much less than that;hence the comment i made.

LOL what about the guys with Nismos that paid $40k+ brand new? Sucks to be them. I mean it doesnt suck because they have sweet cars, but you can get Nismos for mid $20s easily these days.

true, its just a very volatile argument. but we all love the car we have so let's just leave it at that.

It's been awhile since I've seen this last thread of mine. Just wanted to update it after 3 years. First of all, I'm thankful for being apart such a great car community & for all of you supporting me throughout these years. The car is still daily driven and now has 105,000+ miles. No matter what problem the car has given me throughout the ~4 years I've owned it, I'm truly blessed that I haven't had a single scratch on myself. Here are a couple of pictures throughout the past 3 years. Enjoy!
