Super Black Coating is basically black chrome but in pictures it comes across as a chrome look, in person they look more like the black chrome

That's my car. They are SBC (super black coating). SBC is much stronger than chrome and of much higher quality. It does not peal or wear away over time like chrome.

can u just go to a wheel refinisher and tell them you want super black coating? they should know what i'm talkin about?

You guys crack me up. Please get your acronyms right.

On wheels from Enkei, AME, etc... SBC stands for SPECIAL BRILLIANT COATING.

On PIAA wheels, SBC stands for SUPER BLACK CHROME.

On wheels from Rays like Volks, Gram Lights, etc... RMC stands for RAYS METAL COAT.

honestly none of these look like black chrome. here is an example of what meets the definitely in my opinion at least, clearly black in nature:
