Looks like an old Nissan GTP ZX Turbo from the late 80's / early 90's.

It is most definitely not an R390. However, it appears it isn't a regular GTP-ZX Turbo either. Looks to be the NPT-90 version based on the ducting and front diffuser. Owned or driven by Todd Hall Motor Racing at some point (also stamped on the side of the car).
Not sure if this is the same car in its original configuration (note spoiler and ducting changes depending on setup) #83 vs. #85.
The car pictured above was recently sold, here is its history/specs:
1990 Nissan Serial Number 90-1
Driven by Jeff Brabham to World Championship in 1990
Winner of 12 Hours of Sebring 1991
about 1500 Horsepower
Not sure if this is the same car in its original configuration (note spoiler and ducting changes depending on setup) #83 vs. #85.
