I've been selected as Super Street Magazine's Entrant for the competition.
Here’s a quick overview of how the judges will determine the winning car in the Castrol SYNTEC Top Car Challenge Contest. For more details regarding the judging of the contest and vehicle specifications, please read the contest official rules, available here
A. Car Setup
1. Custom parts are allowed, aftermarket parts can be modified.
2. Will only be allowed a maximum 20 minute warm up session at the TCC track event.
3. Vehicle must be driven from the designated meeting area in Southern California on public roads (together with the vehicles of the other teams) to the scheduled events for each day of the Castrol SYNTEC Top Car Challenge (towing to the said events is not allowed).
B. Fuel and Oil
1. Only specific Castrol oil of team’s requested weight may be used, no oil additives may be used.
C. Format
1. The vehicles representing a team in the Castrol SYNTEC Top Car Challenge will be judged based on their performance in each of the following categories:
1. vehicle endurance
2. vehicle cost (based on used car value from www.intellichoice.com)
3. dyno test for: horsepower (limit 3 runs or 45 minutes whichever is first)
4. power to weight and emissions (5 gas automobile emissions analyzer) and
5. at the race track:
1. lap time (20 minute session)
2. ¼-mile time (best of 3 runs)
3. ¼ trap speed (best of 3 runs)
4. acceleration 0-60 mph
5. braking 80-0 mph
2. Each of the above categories has a maximum score of 100 points except for "lap time" which has a maximum of 200 points and "endurance" which has a maximum of 50 points.
3. In the event of a tie, the tied entry given a higher score for lap time will be the winner of the Castrol SYNTEC Top Car Challenge.

Hmm... That S4 and EVO X will be tough competition.
If you lose to a Civic, Mustang, or Caprice though... You might as well just retire the Z (I keed, I keed).
