nice! suspension next? slamming it would make those wheels look so much better.

and yea. i live in an area where i have to drive on horrible roads daily though.. so i cant decide on what i wanna do yet with suspension

Don't take off the flaps, they look fine, unless you want rock chips all over the sides and back of your car.

If this is your daily, I'd say suspension next. Go with a quality coilover like HKS or Tanabe to name a few, that'll give you good compromise between better handling and ride quality. This will also give adjustability of how low you wanna go with the car.
