Default Shining up a forum member's Z

Hey guys,

One of the forum members here - pony_killer, gave me his car to do a quick detail (wash, seal, wax and wheel detail) for a winter prep. Car was in good condition except few minor swirls and hard water spots here and there which I took care of for free. Let me know what you think!

Well, I see where that wetness came from! Good choice on the PS.

Did you use a polish for the swirls or was this just winterizing the paint with waxes/sealants?

Yup! It's hard to achieve maximum wetness on silver cars but I'm glad I did!

Yes I did use some polish and compound on certain areas, clay bar as well because some of the surfaces were rough. So I had to take care of it to let the LSPs to bond properly.

Looks sick but why all the fuss about driving it in Winter? I lived in houston for a couple months and visited family in the winter and it's nice compared to the NW and some of us drive our Z's all year long (if possible)

ahhh that makes sense. The rain there is horrible and flash floods everywhere. I remember being door deep in Galveston (I think that's what it was called) in my aunt's SC
