Unhappy Feelin' sad for you Easterners..

Just about the time you guys have to store your Z's, we are hitting our stride out here in Arizona
Seriously, I don't know if I could handle having to put Marilyn away for 3-4 months Even tho we have set all kinds of heat records this fall, I can still hit the AC and get on down the road all year 'round.
Photographically, I can now get busy (in a few weeks) and really spend some time out in the desert/mountains showcasing Marilyn. At 42,000 miles already, I may have to start recording her for historical purposes!
Here's one I shot yesterday while testing the heat (it was 104 yesterday) and my willingness to stay out in for prolonged shoots. Verdict? Still too hot! Regards, Jim

A little rest for the Z car here in New York in Jan. and Feb. isn't a bad thing. It's a good time to get my money's worth out of the wife's Range Rover!

Westpak, Yup, you are absolutely right. I painted with too wide a brush when I said easterners in my original post. I should have known better because my daughter lives in Ft. Walton Beach, Fla. and I was there in my Z last April. What I should have said was north easterners.
That's a great looking group of Z cars there! Regards, Jim

Michael, Now that is a liveable temperature! Although, I won't ask you what the humidity is!!
That (low humidity) is our safety net out here in Arizona. We run about 10 - 15% much of the time, and if it should rise to 30 - 50% in our 30 day monsoon season, we think we are all going to die! Regards, Jim

Kenyon, I used to live in Lake Placid NY, way up in the Adirondacks and I know how cold it can get in upstate NY! I assume cold in Brooklyn is the same as cold in upstate! That is one reason I left the northeast and headed for the southwest. I feel for you guys. Although I admit to missing the great fall and spring seasons back there. Regards, Jim
