Default Refinished Volks and KW II's installed

First off I need to thank Sharif, Sandy, and Alex at Forged Performance for doing a great job with my car. The ride height and handling are spot on for me And yes, better pics coming next weekend (for the Volk Thread when I can finally wash my car)

I got my Volks used and decided to have them refinished because there was a fair amount of road grim on them that I couldn't get off. Originally they were Mercury Silver, and I was told by the shop that they could match the color; but as you can see, the color is a little off, and they are now more of a Hyper Silver.

I know I can have the shop repaint them, but by the time I got them back I hadn't driven my car in about a month (waiting on body work and the wheels) and I really just wanted to get them on my car, plus my car had been taking up space at Forged for about a week waiting for the wheels.

I'm really on the fence about having them repainted...maybe black (although I love the classic silver look) or maybe try to get them closer to Mercury Silver. But I'll cross that bridge when my tax return comes. As for now the color is growing on me

Specs:
Volk GT-S Mercury Silverish: 9.5/10.5 +17/+18
Toyo T1-R 255/35/19, 285/30/19
KW Variant II, lowered ~1 in. front and ~1.25 in. rear
SPC Front/Rear Camber Kits
Black MXP X-Dura Lugs
Corner Balanced and Rolled Fenders
Iforged TPMS Adaptors

I called around to a few places, and the one I went with ended up charging me $150 per wheel, and that was to re-polish the lips and re-paint the spokes.

I wasn't too sure what the general wheel color opinion was gonna be, but thanks everyone for the compliments!

I thought about and researched the Wheel/Drop/Center Caps/Lug Nuts combo for a long time.

Looks hot just the way it is. Spend the tax return on a BBK! That's the only thing missing!

I personally like the hyper silver better! Black is over played

And just some helpful critisism, tire shine will work wonders on making your car look cleaner!!

Nice set up. Can those KW's go any lower?

Also, another option for you would be to refinish your rims in the Formula Silver color like these:

Hmmm, I definitely like that color. If I do get them repainted, that color would be on the top of my list, thanks for pics!

I could probably go a little lower, and Sharif told me that the rear might settle a little bit more, but I'm really happy with the drop right now.

when you say probably, does that mean you can but don't want to? Or your ASSUMING you can go lower? Because I would like to know for sure how low these go.

I believe these can go as low as 1.5". That's how low i have them on mine and my exhaust resonators are literally an inch off the ground
