Well due to a poor quality FiberGlass Veilside V1 Lip replica and some serious rain. It ripped rite off in a puddle. This is now my second lip to break for something silly. The first 1 was from EVOR and the lip was FRP and fit perfect. However in parking my car I hit the curb ripping it.

Anyhow Now I'm up for a new new lip, or a bumper....

I've gotten price qoutes on a aunthentic Veilside lip, and a Nismo Ver 1 and Ver 2 front bumper.

I do not have side skirts nor plan on getting any rite now. My question, how does the V2 and V1 bumper look with no side skirts?

What's your opinion on this guys, thanks?!

Any pics of cars with the V1 or V2 setup and no sides please post up, thanks.

Plenty of people have rocked the Nismo V1 without sideskirts and it looks nice.

IMO, the Nismo V2 needs to have side skirts and some type of rear piece due to how low it sits.

 

i have a V2 with no sides and it looks just fine... also i know the V1 or Aerosync look really good with no sides or with them... its mainly just whatever you like!!!

 

I never had sideskirts when I had my Z...Did leave the front splash guards on and removed the rear. It gave it a gradual flow. Some pics are kinda dark, but you can kinda get the idea.

Go V2 or veilside or varis front lip. The Nismo Lip IMO is huge and boxy looking. The V1 front bumper on the other hand integrates the front lip nicely. V2 is the hottest Veilside lip IMHO looks the cleanest!

 

Have you considered the Polyurethane V3? Since you've seen how FRP doesn't agree with DD it may be a good route. Otherwise I say V2.

 

I wouldnt get the Nismo 1 lip, Id get the entire bumper. I personally like the flexible FRP. The fiberglass is crap. Will never waste money on that crap again.

Thanks for the input guys, still debating and waiting on some pics to get better judgement. I really like the Veilside lip but considering I have went thru 2 of them.. Id like something different.
