Despite what the others say, I think this is a good start. Only suggestion would be to get rid of the orange stripe on your counterfeit wheels. You're just further pointing out that its a replica. Also, if you plan on doing car shows (assuming from the bottom of the pics), you might want to do more to the outside like sides, rear, hood, headlights... Oh yeah, and purple headlights look stupid.

 

i powerdercoated a set of wheels for 70bucks a wheel...i cant imagine calipers being more then 45/50

 

The nismo exhust is sitting infront of me in the basement right now as we speak waiting to be placed in in a few days thats why i put it there. I have nothing to lie about, nore am I here to please anyone i simply posted a progress thread.

i think it looks great. if you didnt have the jdm license plate, i doubt anyone would be so pissed. its not like you are claiming those wheels are volks. im gonna be cliche and say, who cares what they think about your car. its yours. do what you like. people often react much different in person than they do on the forums, you know how many looks you get. nice car bud.

 

nothing to cry about bro. when posting pics of your car on a forum you have to know that some will love and some will hate. now in your case you have wheels that are a very very very soft spot to alot of "enthusiast" who think its wrong that they make identical replicas of a cherished wheel. and because of this u have real te-37 owners(or other volk/rays/mackin wheels owners) who run around bashing due to this. on top of that you have a bunch of what some consider crap companys on your ride. i mean. megan? really. (i aint gotta problem w that but i woudnt go anywhere near it)
