yeah doesnt go at all with those gloss black wheels. Shoot a layer of clear over it, see if it works

it's really tough to tell from the pics, but the wheels really aren't gloss black, and the 3m material really isn't that matte.

It's hard to take a picture of the weave, cause of the way it reflects.
